Terms & Conditions for bdt17 — Please Read Carefully

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any bet or wager through the bdt17 platform (accessible at bdt17.club and any associated mobile or application interfaces), you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the bdt17 platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and bdt17 regarding your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, communications, or agreements — whether written or oral — relating to your use of bdt17 services. bdt17 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered members will be notified via the email address on file or via an on-platform notification. Your continued use of the bdt17 platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered through the bdt17 platform, including but not limited to: live casino games, slot and RNG games, crash and instant games, sports betting (including cricket, football, and kabaddi markets), promotional offers, bonuses, tournaments, and all account and payment functions. Supplementary terms may apply to specific promotions or product areas; where they exist, those supplementary terms are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Use of the bdt17 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bdt17 enforces a strict 18+ policy across the entire platform. Players under 18 are not permitted to register, deposit, play, or withdraw under any circumstances.

• You have not previously been self-excluded from bdt17 or had your account permanently closed by bdt17 for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Age Verification

bdt17 reserves the right to request government-issued identity documentation from any account holder at any time to verify age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate issued by a Bangladeshi authority. Until verification is satisfactorily completed, bdt17 may at its sole discretion restrict deposits, withdrawals, or access to certain platform features. Accounts confirmed to be held by individuals under 18 years of age will be permanently closed without notice and all funds in the account will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration and Security

Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the bdt17 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bdt17 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances held across those accounts. If you inadvertently create a duplicate account, you must contact [email protected] immediately to have the duplicate closed.

Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile number. bdt17 uses this information for account verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming compliance. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. bdt17 will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your bdt17 account that you do not use on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available in your account security settings.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify bdt17 support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised.

bdt17 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account credentials — whether performed by you or a third party — is your sole responsibility.

Account Currency

All bdt17 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Your account balance, deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are all recorded and processed in BDT. bdt17 does not support multi-currency accounts. No currency conversion fees are applied by bdt17 on BDT transactions; however, your mobile banking provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own standard transaction fees as per their independent terms of service.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

Accepted Payment Methods

bdt17 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. bdt17 will notify registered members of any material changes to available payment methods.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your bdt17 account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
• Deposits made via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 24 hours to reflect depending on your card issuer's processing times.
• bdt17 does not accept cash deposits, third-party deposits, or payments from sources not registered in your own name. Any deposit received from an unverified or third-party source will be reversed.
• bdt17 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of the bKash account registered in your name) before crediting a deposit.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
• A minimum withdrawal amount may apply and will be communicated within the account cashier at the time of the withdrawal request.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. bdt17 may request documentation before releasing funds, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a defined threshold.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals that have passed verification checks are typically processed the same business day. Card withdrawals may take 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.
• bdt17 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where it reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. bdt17 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to dormant account balances after this period. Members will be notified before any fees are applied, and the account can be reactivated at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification steps.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bdt17 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions. The following general bonus rules apply to all bdt17 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by bdt17 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins credits, cashback offers, and referral bonuses — carry a wagering requirement that must be completed in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, the qualifying games, and the time limits for completion are stated on each promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time limit will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

Bonus Eligibility

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered members aged 18 and above only.

Seasonal and Event Promotions

bdt17 regularly runs limited-time promotions tied to events relevant to Bangladeshi members — including BPL cricket season, IPL, T20 World Cup fixtures, Eid celebrations, and Pohela Boishakh. These promotions have specific eligibility windows, opt-in requirements, and wagering conditions that are published on the promotion page. 6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the bdt17 platform are provided by licensed third-party software providers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

Game Integrity

All RNG (Random Number Generator) games on bdt17 use certified and independently audited random number generation technology. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studios. bdt17 does not manipulate game outcomes. In the unlikely event of a technical failure or software error during a game round, bdt17 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account balance.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI, Bangladesh Tigers), football, and kabaddi — are offered subject to the availability of accurate match data. Disconnection Policy

bdt17 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, power outages, or other connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control. Where a game round was in progress at the time of disconnection, the round outcome will be determined by the game server result and will stand. Members experiencing persistent connectivity issues are advised to contact their mobile network provider.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdt17 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own details or using falsified information.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise unauthorised payment credentials to fund your bdt17 account.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers, welcome promotions, or referral schemes in a manner that circumvents their intended purpose, including through coordinated play with other accounts.
• Collusion: Working in concert with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format available on bdt17.
• Use of automated tools: Deploying bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the bdt17 platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting software errors: Taking deliberate advantage of any bug, glitch, or technical error in the bdt17 platform or any game to obtain winnings or credits that would not arise under normal operating conditions.
• Money laundering: Using the bdt17 platform for the purpose of laundering, concealing, or converting funds obtained through illegal means. bdt17 complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will cooperate with relevant authorities in relation to any suspected financial crime.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, falsifying verification documents, or impersonating another individual during account registration or verification.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour: Directing threatening, abusive, racist, or harassing communications toward bdt17 staff or other platform users via any channel, including support chat or email.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

Closure by bdt17

bdt17 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete age or identity verification within a reasonable timeframe as requested.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other prohibited conduct.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used for purposes other than personal entertainment gambling.
• A valid self-exclusion request from the account holder or a recognised responsible gaming body.
• Compliance with a legal order, regulatory direction, or formal request from a competent authority.

Voluntary Closure by the Member

You may request to close your bdt17 account at any time by contacting our support team via WhatsApp (message only) or by emailing [email protected]. Any remaining balance at the time of closure that has satisfied the applicable wagering and verification requirements will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by bdt17 or the member — all pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcome unless the closure is due to confirmed fraud, in which case pending bets may be voided at bdt17's discretion. Former members who have had their accounts closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions are not permitted to re-register on the bdt17 platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdt17's liability to any member in connection with the use of the platform shall be limited to the amount of funds held in that member's bdt17 account at the time the relevant claim arises. bdt17 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for fraud or gross negligence on the part of bdt17.

Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between any translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
